Job Responsibilities
1. Formulate the development strategy of the US market, and lead the team to promote the business according to the development needs of the platform and the supply advantages of the European market,; 2. Have experience in business investment and operation, and conduct targeted operations according to the scale and characteristics of businesses to meet the platform's demand for supply. 3. Master the market situation and industry characteristics of the United States, especially non-standard (shoes, clothing, bags, watches, accessories, etc.) and beauty; gain insight into the operation dynamics of competitors, analysis of platform user composition and hot-selling category analysis, and tap business opportunities. Promote the growth of various categories. 4. Create and promote new business models to obtain more supplies according to the characteristics of local businesses. 5. Collaborate with internal teams: markets, supply chain, products, etc., to combine the main points of sellers/operations
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years experience in getting merchants on board and operation of cross-border e-commerce platform, non-standard, beauty merchants on board and operation experience is preferred; 2. English business communication skills, working or living experience in the United States, and understanding of American trend culture and business resources; 3. Clear logic, methodology, and success experiences in building business from scratch. 4. Self-motivated, proactive, good at communication, strong in project coordination, and good at inter-departmental work coordination; 5. Have a keen sense of market and data, excellent analysis and data disassembly ability, and can make mid- and long-term business layout planning and implementation of the market from a business perspective. 6. Management experience in a team of more than 10 people;
