Job Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the P&L and overall operations of the Spain subsidiary; Lead cross-functional departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Warehousing, Customer Service, and Manufacturing (if applicable); Develop market entry and expansion strategies to grow brand presence and market share; Build and manage the local management team, establish an efficient organizational structure; Bridge communication between headquarters and local operations to align resources and execution; Optimize operational efficiency and drive profitability across business units.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of general management experience with leading international sanitary ware brands in Spain; Proven cross-functional leadership covering Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain; Solid knowledge of the Russian business landscape, compliance, taxation, and labor regulations; Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach to P&L management; Native in Russian and fluent in English.
