Job Responsibilities

Market Development: Explore and convert clients through various channels, preferably with relevant resources in the new energy sector. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and establish long-term partnerships. Sales Plan Execution: Develop and implement sales plans based on the company's targets, striving to achieve and exceed goals. Market Research: Collect and analyze market information, monitor competitors, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner. Contract Negotiation: Conduct business negotiations with clients, sign sales contracts, and ensure the accuracy and feasibility of contract terms. Reporting and Feedback: Regularly report work progress to superiors, and submit market analysis reports and sales summaries. Language Skills: Proficient in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, capable of building good relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Market Insight: Deep understanding of the target market, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities. Stress Management: Ability to remain stable and perform well in high-pressure and competitive environments. Teamwork: Strong team player, able to collaborate closely with various internal departments. Work Experience: Over 3 years of experience, with preference for candidates with overseas business development experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Mobility: Willingness to travel abroad or accept overseas assignments for over six months.

Job Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering-related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Mechanical Engineering) obtained in France. Industry Experience: Experience in industries like EV charging, energy storage, solar energy, electrical engineering, electric vehicles, smart cities, or construction. Event Management Skills: Ability to independently organize and execute offline promotional activities (e.g., exhibitions, roadshows). Market Expansion Experience: Proven success in driving markets from a cold start to steady growth. Visa Requirements: Possession of a valid visa that matches job requirements, such as a French work visa (Visa de Travail), long-term residence visa (VLS-TS or Carte de Séjour), EU Blue Card, or a long-term Schengen business visa. Must be able to adapt quickly to frequent travel or long-term overseas assignments.
