Job Responsibilities

1.Position and Package Products: Refine the core selling points of products (e.g., technological advantages, compliance, cost-effectiveness) according to target market needs, and assist in designing promotional materials (e.g., English manuals, videos) that align with local cultures. 2. Online Marketing Operations: Manage international social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter), official websites, and overseas e-commerce platforms; publish industry insights, product cases, and other content to enhance brand exposure. 3. Organize Offline Activities: Plan and participate in international industry exhibitions (e.g., AACC in the U.S., MEDICA in Germany) and academic seminars, responsible for booth design, speech arrangements, and customer reception to collect potential lead information. 4. Launch Cross-Border Advertising: Carry out precise advertising through channels like Google Ads and industry vertical media. 5. Provide Localized Support: Communicate with overseas branches or partners to offer suggestions for localizing market strategies (e.g., language translation, cultural adaptation) and improve market penetration efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Professional Knowledge - A master's degree or above, with priority given to related majors such as biology, marketing, or international trade. Familiarity with market characteristics of biotech reagents, instruments, services, and other sub-sectors is preferred. - Understanding of international biotech industry regulations (e.g., GMP, ISO certification), technical standards (e.g., sequencing, diagnostic technologies), and industry terminology. -Ability to communicate with customers to understand their needs, introduce products, and solve problems; -Have a certain understanding of the NGS industry, understand the basic principles and products of NGS sequencing; -Proficient in troubleshooting methods for abnormal operation of automated instrument processes, able to independently handle common NGS experiment and instrument operation issues; -1-3 years of experience in automation equipment/instrument technical support, pre-sales solutions, or related development (outstanding fresh graduates can be relaxed to those with extensive internship experience) is preferred. 2. Language and Communication - Fluent in English (proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as the working language; fluent in Chinese (proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing). - Possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to adapt to business etiquette and communication styles in different countries. 3. Skills and Tools - Proficient in using office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint), data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems), and marketing automation platforms. - Have basic market research methods (e.g., SWOT analysis, PEST analysis) and marketing planning capabilities. 4. Comprehensive Qualities - Able to adapt to frequent business trips (for overseas exhibitions, customer visits, etc.), with strong stress resistance and adaptability (e.g., responding to sudden market policy changes). - Possess innovative thinking to quickly adjust strategies according to market changes, while paying attention to details (e.g., compliance review of promotional materials).
