Job Responsibilities
· Support and assist to implement recruiting strategies which include coordinating advertisements, CV collecting & screening, interview · Intern Recruitment Communicate with line managers on the department’s hiring needs and timeline; Post intern positions on recruitment channels · Independently manage the internship program under the supervision of Recruitment Manager · Assist to arrange interviews for Department Managers and Management; · Assist to complete and submit weekly recruitment report/mapping list as required; · Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements
· University degree of Bachelor or above; · Good in both oral and written English; good in Chinese is a plus · Proficient in the usage of office, Word, Excel; · Good communication & coordination skills; · Good planning and organization skills; Self-motivated and proactive; · The ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure, be independent to deliver work results
