Job Responsibilities

Manage and elaborate a strong network of installation partners across Italy and other European countries. Attend commercial meetings with leads, customers, and partners to clearly formalize their technical expectations. Propose the best product alternative in our portfolio or coordinate our products upgrade with our European and Chinese HQ. Conduct research on EV regulations and electricity requirements in Italy. Supervise online and on-site testing, installation, and commissioning of EV Chargers. Organize and guide service partners to troubleshoot and fix technical problems. Train service partners and colleagues in their technical expertise of charging stations. Create detailed reports for occurring technical issues and contribute to its in-depth analysis as well as its solution. Optimize and propose improvement strategies regarding work processes within the team. Ensure the reporting of product non-conformities (technical, functional) and the characterization of bugs, starting from the commissioning of the products. Conduct and execute engineering field services. Provide on-site training.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent vocational training. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Application / Systems / Product/ Testing Engineer in power supplies or related fields. Technical background with experience in Hardware Electrical fields. Work experience in the EV market would be a plus. Good written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. Chinese is a plus. Willingness and ability to travel Excellent teamwork skills Valid driving license
