Job Responsibilities

Help shape a robust, content agenda and strategic communications for Glodon International Markets Department. Work to position the brand as a thought leader and maximize the impact of the Firm’s Digital Building communications. This role will drive the creation of content from Glodon especially focused on Digital Building themes to target key audiences. The post holder will create and editorial and event calendar and execute a robust communications strategy with the aim of driving thematic content and sharpening Glodon’s point of view. The post holder will also help shape Global broader Internationalisation content strategy, drawing on experience in research, thought leadership, strategic communications, social media, web design and marketing.

Job Requirements

• Strategically drive and manage all aspects of the international markets development department thought leadership • Create and execute on an editorial calendar for Thought Leadership content and provide an editorial point of view in the creation of individual deliverables. • Ensure the Thought Leadership agenda ties into and supports the Glodon strategic plan. • Leverage the perspectives of key internal and external partners to develop and sharpen the digital building (but not limited) perspective in the content created by Glodon. • Help write and/or edit Thought Leadership deliverables (research reports, op-eds, commentaries and blog posts, case studies and other content) that advance Glodon’s reputation • Manage Thought Leadership staff dedicated to generating content and manage resources (people, budget, etc.) to deliver a robust thought leadership presence in a resource efficient and timely manner • Manage external partners, writers and others externally to support thought leadership. • Review all content from inception through publication channels. • Oversee the development of Thought Leadership strategy that spans print, web, earned media, and social media to help deliver the messages on the identified channels, working with other departments.
