Job Responsibilities
Lead project initiation, planning, and scheduling processes; Oversee cross-functional coordination of design, manufacturing, and subcontracting activities to enforce progress tracking and quality compliance; Serve as the primary liaison for client/vendor communications and conflict resolution; Monitor on-site progress and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines; Optimize cost-control strategies and ensure timely payment collection.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields; Minimum 2 years of experience in mechatronics project management or field operations; Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/PPT); Strong organizational and planning skills with proven communication and coordination capabilities; Fluent in English (written/spoken); PMP certification or electrical safety certification (e.g., NFPA 70E) preferred; Ability to work under pressure and available for frequent business travel.
