Job Responsibilities
Participate in the company's overseas strategy discussion, analyze market opportunities and potential risks, and formulate goals, strategies and action plans; 2 Participate in the site selection of overseas factories/offices, and do a good job in the relationship withTinci's partners and local governments; 3 Be responsible for the development of overseas customers in the region, business docking and negotiation, and complete the development tasks; 4. Timely obtain the information of key persons of key customers, develop and maintain the relationship with key persons, and meet customer demands; 5 Obtain key project progress of key customers, obtain product demand, and timely promote and introduce products after follow-up; 6 Communicate well with sales, R&D, finance and customer service, and coordinate internal resources; 7 Assist the procurement in the development and communication of intermediaries and freight forwarders to ensure customer delivery; 8 Participate in the establishment of overseas sales team and personnel training;
Job Requirements
1.Degree or equivalent in engineering or another technical discipline 2.At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in renewable energy market, experience with lithium battery materials would be advantageous 3.Strong verbal and written communication skills and being able to clearly present suggestions and ideas to internal and external parties 4.Strong German and English language skills are required, other European languages would be an advantage 5.Good PC and general technology skills (especially MS Office) 6.Flexibility for frequent business travel (mainly in Europe, but also in Asia)
