1. College degree or above, have certain English conversation ability; 2. More than 1 year working experience in high-end coffee shop, with strong research and development ability; 3. Passionate about coffee, committed to further study in the industry, with active service awareness; 4. Proficient in the production of various products in the coffee bar, familiar with the use of coffee machine and various coffee POTS; 5. Obtain professional qualification certificate for Barista; 6. Foreigners are preferred, able to communicate in English and Chinese.
