1. Current, valid TEFL/TESOL of 120 learning hours certification; or a Bachelor and/or Master in Education (early childhood degree preferred but not required.) 2. More than two years English teaching experience. 3 .Working knowledge of IEYC or IB is preferred. 4. High levels of subject knowledge，experience and/or with children in a classroom setting. 5. Native speakers who matches to Z visa condition of government.
