Job Responsibilities
Job Description Prepare and fulfill English assessment for students. Make corresponding learning plan according to the level of each student. Be responsible for teaching of English, including listening, speaking, writing, etc. Fulfill one to one teaching and make adjustments based on the different situation of each student as well as their requirements. Fulfill student activities with other colleagues. Working Shift Hours Fall and spring semesters:Average 60 teaching hours per month; Winter and Summer vacations:Standard teaching hours per month is 100, but the actual number of class will be based on the class arrangement. The remaining hours are office hours. (Class preparation, after class feedback and commenting students.) 2 days off every week, usually on weekdays. Two types of shift work: Morning shift: 9/10 AM – 5/6 PM Evening shift: 1/2 PM – 9/10PM

Teachers We are looking for Bachelor’s degree or above degrees TEFL/TESOL/Celta certificate OR 2 years of teaching experience Outgoing, social personality, clear motivations to teach and the ability to connect with students and deliver high level classes Age: 22 to 50
