Job Responsibilities

1. Based on company and IT department management requirements, fully responsible for system operations and maintenance tasks according to the ITIL framework. Assist the IT department head in developing and refining IT plans (including infrastructure, information security, system operations, delivery, and daily support) in line with IT development goals. 2. Plan and establish the company's information security system based on business needs and internal and external regulatory requirements. Standardize security control processes. Continuously assess and analyze the current IT status, identify shortcomings, and provide effective improvement measures for management decision-making. 3. Based on the annual IT budget plan and actual business development needs, promptly complete the procurement and management of software, hardware, and services. Regularly update and report on these activities. 4. Continuously assess, optimize, and verify system high availability and data security to ensure that production and management systems operate securely, efficiently, and stably. 5. Respond to and complete tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Communications, or related fields (exceptionally qualified candidates with a diploma or equivalent education may be considered). Over 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure (systems, networks, security, data centers, cloud computing, etc.) technical and management roles; experience in retail, e-commerce, or internet industries is preferred. 2. Relevant IT certifications such as CCIE, PMP, ITIL, VCP, CISA/CISSP are a plus. 3. Familiar with various operating systems, databases, virtualization, and cloud platforms, including their deployment, operation, and optimization. 4. Extensive experience in data center design, implementation, and operations management. 5. Knowledgeable in the architecture design, deployment, and operation of various network and security systems (devices), with strong service and information security awareness. 6. Familiar with the selection, architecture design, deployment, and promotion of ITSM management platforms based on the ITIL governance framework. 7. Excellent execution, communication, reporting, and team management skills. 8. Integrity, strong professional ethics, and dedication.
