Job Responsibilities
1. Liaise with the client's business department to process orders, draft contracts, and create outbound application forms and invoicing application forms. 2. Maintain the sales manager's business ledger. 3. Maintain and update the sales manager's NS and CRM systems. 4. Handle financial reimbursements and coordinate with other functions. 5. Manage additional tasks assigned by the sales manager.
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in reading, writing, listening, and speaking in Chinese. 2. Skilled in Excel operations. 3. Bachelor's degree or above, with sales assistant experience preferred.
