Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Comprehensive HR Knowledge Familiar with various fields of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc. Business Understanding and Analysis Possess a comprehensive understanding of the organization's business model, goals, and strategies, and be able to analyze business needs and integrate them with HR strategies.
