Job Responsibilities

From the moment clients register, train them to use our e-commerce SaaS products and explain how they add value to their businesses. Ensure a user-friendly experience throughout their journey. Maintain high levels of client engagement (including on-site meetings), focusing on satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate proactively with clients to drive product adoption and advocate for their needs. Identify and resolve issues that may affect client satisfaction proactively. Continuously gather client feedback and work directly with our product team to influence the product roadmap.

Job Requirements

Preference for candidates with client support or similar experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Experience in technical product knowledge, especially SaaS products; willingness to explore AI for business efficiency. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills. Fluent in Chinese & Thai as working languages. Strong problem-solving and consulting abilities. Willingness to provide on-site support within the city.
