Job Responsibilities
Responsible for collecting cross-border e-commerce customer needs, refining requirements based on industrial belts, and collaborating with product managers to sort out product logic and package multi-channel versions. Proactively utilize various channels (e.g., exhibitions, salons, partner resource docking, online communities, etc.) to identify and visit cross-border e-commerce customers, demonstrate, and sell full-link products. Track product data and user feedback, and propose product improvement and iteration plans based on operational and feedback data.
Job Requirements
Diligent, passionate, eager to continuously challenge oneself, willing to endure hardships, with strong stress resistance and dedication to pursuing goals. Priority given to candidates with experience in the internet industry, e-commerce product sales, or software sales. Familiarity with e-commerce/AI, or experience in BD, on-site promotion, or face-to-face sales is preferred. Ability to communicate proficiently with business departments, conduct detailed needs research, and quickly prepare research reports and project solutions. Strong sense of responsibility, customer affinity, and excellent team collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to business trips.
