Job Responsibilities

1、Allocate resources reasonably in accordance with the overall objectives of the Procurement Department to ensure the achievement of the department's goals. 2、Conduct supplier development, analysis, comparison, evaluation, and onboarding for the procurement of relevant engineering projects, equipment, and materials. Collaborate with the Quality Control Department and the Technical Department to organize the admission process for new suppliers, assess qualified suppliers, and establish and dynamically maintain a directory of qualified suppliers. 3、Carry out market analysis and research on the industry competitive landscape, continuously and dynamically gather market and industry information, and adopt corresponding procurement strategies accordingly to control material procurement costs, enhance procurement efficiency, and reduce procurement risks (Note: The original text has a logical error here; "降低采购效率" should likely be "降低采购风险" or similar, as reducing procurement efficiency is counterproductive). Additionally, be fully responsible for import and export customs clearance of equipment, materials, and other goods. 4、Conduct business negotiations with qualified suppliers based on the actual situations of both supply and demand parties, formulate reasonable payment terms and order proportions, and continuously update them dynamically to ensure their ongoing effectiveness in line with actual circumstances. 5、Be responsible for the management of supply management archives, and maintain records of product procurement ledgers, payment ledgers, and accounts payable ledgers. 6、Assist in new product development; be responsible for business communication with suppliers, conduct visits and relationship maintenance, and assist in supplier inspections to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of supplier information. Collaborate with the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) and technical engineering teams to guarantee the advancement and reliability of product technology and quality. 7、Conduct research on raw material market trends, report trend analyses in a timely manner, and provide a basis for decision-making.
