Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Implementation Formulate and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, and profit targets. Develop resource plans (e.g., marketing, budget) required for strategy implementation. Collaborate closely with sales professionals, product development, implementation, customer, and sales support teams to ensure product lines meet market needs and drive continuous business growth. Marketing and Distribution Expansion Increase market share in existing markets and explore new customers to maximize new business growth. Develop opportunities across different channels and strengthen the national sales network. Identify and establish key partnerships in each region. Regularly update reports on domestic markets and business opportunities. Plan, organize, and execute marketing activities and materials in collaboration with the marketing department. Focus on after-sales service systems and work with headquarters' after-sales teams for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Educational Background Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Business English, International Trade, Foreign Languages, or related fields. Work Experience At least 5 years of relevant experience in overseas sales or business development, with preference for the medical or consumer electronics industry. Industry Knowledge In-depth knowledge and experience in retail or distribution of medical equipment, maternal and infant products, or consumer electronics. Business Development Track Record Proven successful experience in current and past business development with verifiable achievements. Language and Professional Skills Excellent written and verbal English skills, strong business acumen, and negotiation skills. Personal Attributes Strong initiative and teamwork spirit, meticulous work ethic, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
