1. Being able to define localized content strategy and establish a sustainable content ecosystem that fits local tastes and preferences 2. Capture the social trends by regular research and analysis, and lead the topic directions in picture, article and short-video format 3. Play a creative role in campaign designing for vertical content categories and work with cross functions to push forward for execution 4. Review in-app content, and support social media, push and paid ads operation 5. Ideate and launch creation tools (effects and stickers)
1. At least 1 year of experience in a Content Creation or Editorial similar role 2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience with strong English & Chinese communication skills (both written and verbal) 3. Deep understanding of the media landscape; passion and knowledge of pop culture and trends 4. Strong planning skills and learning ability, data-driven mindset with basic data analytical skills 5. A team player who is accountable, can work under pressure, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
