Job Responsibilities

1. Build International Supply Chain System:Develop and optimize international supplier resources to improve quality, cost, delivery time, and service; establish an annual supplier performance evaluation system and promote supplier training and improvement. 2. International Supplier Management:Develop suppliers for material categories, create strategies, reduce costs, negotiate annual contracts, and drive category optimization and material standardization.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Energy, Supply Chain Management, or related fields, with at least 5 years of management experience. 2. Strong understanding of supply chain management and manufacturing concepts, familiar with standard and non-standard part procurement, proficient in SAP, SRM, and other office software, skilled in business negotiations. 3. Experience in international supply chain management, with innovative thinking, team management, and talent development skills, familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949, and other management systems. Salary: 20-25k/month (excluding overseas subsidies) base: Shenzhen city and Hunan province
