Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for creating social media strategies for user engagement, user management and growth, content creation. • Independently manage all community channels on a regular basis including logging suggestions, requests and b bugs. Generate optimization plans and meet the team’s KPI by summarizing the operation data and users’ suggestions and complaints. • Maintain consistent presence and promote user-friendly environment within communities by planning and implementing online activities. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that community feedback is addressed. • Systematically expand and Maintain core users and key opinion leaders, incentivize the production of high-quality content. • Undertake the localization work for game publishing, including but not limited to translation, proofreading, and localization packaging for art and function. • Refine and modify the response template of the customer service. Responsible for the text translation and optimization of community activities.
Your Skills and Qualifications: • 1 year’s community management experience. Gaming industry is a plus. • English native speaker or French native speaker. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. • BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent experience. • Avid gamer and passionate about working in the gaming industry. • A fan of the zombie themed movies, comics, TV shows or games. • Understand SLG games, users and market. • Good teamwork and communication skills, able to work closely with all staff across departments. • Creative and passionate, think logically, results oriented.
