Job Responsibilities

- Supervise that all Technical Supervisor use same method for Job Preparation, man day’s estimation, review report, field inspection methodology; - Plan and execute QE's On-site Supervision in timely manner and following requirement and keep record as input to identify training need; - Collect Error report from Technical Supervisors and use it as input to identify training need for TS and QEs; - Maintain skill matrix up-to-date for all QEs & TSs in the db system; - Review Inspection Checklist template developed / modified by TSs and save in the DB, ensure the under control of technical document; - Monitor performance of Technical Supervisors; - Investigating Root cause of quality issue, and implement defined CAP.

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or other engineering discipline that is closely related. Required Job Experience: - Possessing demonstrated experience in some of the following areas such as plastic injection molding, electrical and pneumatic hand tools, Bicycles and exercise equipment, electrical and electronic products and various consumer products. - Ability to read blueprints and technical documents related to industries listed above. - 5 years minimum industry experience in a management or supervisory capacity required. - Strong knowledge and practical experience of international standards applied to evaluate product conformity: UL, ISO, CSA, CE, etc. - Good command in theory and practice of sampling plan and AQL
