Job Responsibilities

We are one of the leading English Training brand in China. There are around 200 branches in whole China. All of our students are young and energetic and would love to absorb new things and knowledge, which means it will be easier to get well with the students and have a friendly relationship with them.Prepared lesson plans will help teachers a lot in the preparation of their classes. In addition, small-sized class is easy for teachers to manage. The largest class at Webi will have no more than 10 students in one class. However, it is still challenging when the ESL Teachers do their job. One kind of class called Social Club. It has students with different English levels. Teachers need to put their efforts on how to adjust their class activities to get all English level students involved. Our teacher works 40 hrs per week (including 25 teaching hrs plus 15 office hrs). Each day the teacher works 8hrs ( 5 teaching hrs plus 3 office hrs).

Mother Tongue English, teaching experience, sense of responsibility, bachelor degree
