Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) 1.BS degree in Finance or Accounting. CMA preferred. 2.6+ years broad financial experience within manufacturing organizations. FP&A experience preferred. 3.Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. 4.Ability to operate across, and influence within, a complex matrix organizational structure 5.Thorough knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and concepts. 6.Ability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial and operations analyses/reports. 7.Broad general business knowledge. 8.Working knowledge of financial and ERP systems. 9.General knowledge of all functional areas of Region, Group, Sector and Corporate organizations. 10.Working knowledge of sourcing and manufacturing practices followed by Operations personnel.
