Job Requirements

Bachelor of Law or above; Qualified PRC lawyer; Familiarity with onshore and international PE, VC and M&A practices required; Familiarity with licensing and other intellectual property matters is a strong plus; Minimum 3 years post qualification experience focusing on domestic and international transactions; Experience at recognized PRC or international law firms preferred; Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Chinese, orally and in writing, and be able to draft and review legal documents in both languages; Must possess good communication skills; This person should be a good team player, be willing to learn, be pro-active and take ownership of his or her responsibilities, and be able to work independently.
