Fuzhou | Shanghai | Shenzhen Description and Responsibilities We are seeking an Online Marketing Specialist to work together with various internal teams including; technical; sales; marketing to help manage online marketing activities such as; webinars and other online promotions and campaigns as needed. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude and experience with research, Webinar calendar planning, (some knowledge of live webinar software), team project management and delivering results as set in the KPIs. This role will also involve project management work, and social media Ads management as and when required throughout the year, in addition to webinar and other duties. Projects may involve corporate videos, brochures, and other branding activities. An understanding of a range of marketing areas and the B2B Industry is a plus, as you will need to work together with other marketing team members to achieve results. An understanding of the customer journey and lead generation funnel, is preferred. Other duties may also be required as and when needed, so someone who is adaptable and comfortable with change, is preferred.
1. Conduct research (independent and competitor) to identify trends, speakers, topics and opportunities for online promotions with the target audience in mind 2. Plan, develop and manage all webinar programmes, initiatives; working with the team to deliver monthly webinars across a range of regions and Industries for food and agriculture, consumer good and non-consumer goods. 3. Gather, measure and utilise leads and awareness generated through webinar and supporting activities. 4. Work with the team to implement supporting promotions and target messaging before, during and after webinars, such as; Social media; partnerships, associations, magazines, COC; PPC; email etc, and gather results, analyse and report 5. Communicate with internal departments (may be overseas as well), in order to gather and utilise any feedback that may be useful as well as technical content needed for webinars and supporting promotions. 6. Communicate with speakers and internal departments in order to coordinate and determine best content and topics for target audience. 7. Maintain and collect information on speakers and leads generated 8. Record webinars for use in promotion as needed through various marketing channels Content Management 1. Stay current with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead 2. Create and edit a monthly editorial plan of articles to be published on the website and external sites, apply SEO principles to the created content 3. Create and edit the monthly newsletter, launch and optimize email campaigns. 4. Be able to work with design team to create Social media ads and support all projects as needed. Social media platforms include Facebook, Youtube and LinkedIn. 13. Proofread online marketing materials, improve the current published content. Skills/Qualifications 1. Qualification or Degree in Marketing and/or in similar field and/or equivalent work experience 2. Knowledge of webinars and content strategy as well as comfort with research, copywriting/writing 3. Comfortable with communicating with people on a daily basis 4. Be familiar with and have an understanding of the marketing landscape, including paid, owned and earned media and how webinars and online promotions fit into this overall 5. Native level fluency in English 6. Broad understanding of global markets 7. Basic knowledge on WordPress CMS would be appreciated
