Job Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a sales team in the USA, with a focus on the growing residential and small commercial energy storage system market - Develop a sales strategy and channels across the USA, leveraging existing network of installation companies and distributors for residential and commerical energy storage systems - Collaborate with headquarters to set sales targets and achieve them, tracking sales team KPIs and adjusting strategy accordingly - Ensure the bankability of our client’s products by building strong relationships with financing partners and contractors - Attend industry conferences and events to stay current on market trends and establish new business partnerships
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent - Minimum 5-8 years of experience successfully developing energy storage projects, with a focus on residential energy storage systems - Demonstrated expertise in the Energy Storage wholesale marketplace in the US, with a strong network of installation companies and distributors - Strong technical understanding of storage principles, equipment, and the transmission and interconnection process in the residential market - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and fast-changing priorities - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Earth.
