Job Requirements

Technical and interpersonal skills - Talented Product Manager / Software Engineer with experience proper to land complex projects. Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, passion for technology, strong knowledge and experience designing, building and managing world-class enterprise solutions preferably using Microsoft .NET framework, and web development experience. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and minimum 3 years’ experience in system architecture, product management and software development with proven track record of successful projects and customer deliveries - Appreciated : knowledge on Windows servers, SQL , business intelligence and reporting applications, Web Services APIs, modern web layouts, design and typography, good understanding of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, XP...), software versioning techniques and tools (Git) - Appreciated : knowledge and experience in Transport and Logistics - Appreciated : experience working in a startup environment - Advanced spoken and written English to communicate in an international environment - Good command of Chinese language (at least spoken) will be a plus - Outstanding communication and team management skills - Knowledge and will to guide and mentor more junior engineers - Quality-oriented mindset, attention to details - Ability to be flexible, learn quickly, and work within a team
