Job Responsibilities

In this role, you have the opportunity to Contribute to develop multiple ecigs products for different brands such as STIG / VGOD / ATOM and build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people. You are responsible for Generally manage and develop the Engineering team. Assist and provide technical support to the creation of internal process. In a concept stage, support the design team in developing product, perform technical analysis, define requirements and product specifications. In other words, understand system requirement and translate them into product specification in cooperation with functional team. In a detail engineering stage, play a leading role in the structural engineering work and collaborate with suppliers to ensure that product- and technical drawing requirements meet the quality expected. In an off-tool stage, organize and put in place processes in the engineering team and establish standard documentation,Product Specifications, dFMEA, dimension and tolerance control table updates & all Engineering deliverables Actively support team idea funnel process, identify and drive design to value innovation and seek cost-down opportunities of existing products by competitor product teardown analysis, value engineering and idea generating activities You are a part of You will supervise the engineering department and team up with other team such as designer, project manager, purchaser...

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering related discipline, major in mechanical engineering is preferred. We require a strong knowledge in E-CIGARETTE industry or related. Excellent experience with CAD software (Pro-E is preferred), familiar with quality tools Experience as Manager Experience in plastic injection and metal is an advantage.
