Job Requirements
ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE 3.Organizational Performance 3.1 Ensure personal's behaviors comply with Chinese laws and regulations, and professional Code of Ethics of Carrefour China. 3.2 Organize performance (including supply chain & financial performance) review weekly/monthly/quarterly 3.3 Organize and coordinate with supplier to improve performance. 3.4 Develop yearly contract negotiation plan and participate in contract negotiations to reach target. 3.5 Monthly competitor market research to understand the market. COLLEAGUE DEVELOPMENT 4. Training and People Management 4.1 To improve their professional capabilities by participating in various training 4.2 Communicate with negotiation manager to receive a clear career plan FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE 5. Financial Performance 5.1 Develop the monthly objectives for the part which take in charge 5.2 According to monthly data analysis to understand the status and take action 5.3 Improve and complete the estimates 5.4 For all negotiated deferred benefits, proof of the correct application of agreements must be documented and archived.
