Job Requirements

- Bachelor or college degree, can work on roster shifts. - Good communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. - At least 1 year experience in both domestic & international ticketing. - Practical experience in Travel sky and Galileo, or similar. - Experience in Travel Management Company is preferred. - Good knowledge of travel industry products including domestic & international airfares, hotels booking, car rental & packages. - Proven experience in customer service and a dedication to detail. - Ability to handle problems independently.
