Job description

1. You’re responsible for coordinating the work cells attached to core operational matters (QA, Procurement, Engineering and Production) 2. as such you act like “cement between the bricks” in a cross functional organization 3. Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you navigate through complex situation without loosing focus on the main objective of the operations 4. Your technical background supports the engineering team throughout the deployment of new products into a manufacturing environment 5. You develop a training plan to reach higher level in operational excellence within the company and towards strategic partners 6. You maintain & further develop the reporting structure in place; Take an active part into the deployment and improvement of the ERP system when needed

Requirements

A. are the typically the ‘Pro-active & Independent’ type. B. consider a Manufacturing environment as your primary natural habitat. C. have a positive attitude, decision maker, possess a “Can Do” & “Go Getter” mentality,accountable, passionate, dynamic, excels in operational troubleshooting. D. are a team player, cooperative amongst peer and demonstrate exemplary leadership skills, “Nice to work for” & “Nice to work with”. E. communicate clearly, both orally and in written form, feel at ease to liaise with clients(in English) or vendors (in Mandarin). F. have at least 5 years work experience in a medium-sized China manufacturing environment, preferably with a product development background. G. demonstrate adaptive talents for different product typologies. H. are technically literate & eager to learn on technological developments. I. have a general knowledge on all common manufacturing techniques relating to plastic and metal shaping. J. have excellent computer skills for Excel, Word, Power point & Outlook. Knowledge of CAD & Project management software is a ‘plus’.
