1. Developing new agents and maintaining good relationship with existing overseas agents for African routes by promoting our strength in both sea and air; 2. Managing and optimizing customer resources to provide high-qualify customer service as logistics chain expert for agents and clients; 3. Training and leading the whole team in same trade in each branch to improve the trade performance and achieve the target; 4. Guiding the team to optimize buying rates as well as supplier system to secure competitiveness; 5. Assisting the Trade Director to run the trade in whole system including sourcing and selling.
1. Aged at 25-45, African candidates only ; 2.With at least 2 years of experience in international logistics or international freight forwarding industry. With experience in developing nomination cargo and management in African routes is preferable; 3. Keen and sensitive marketing insight with high flexibility and strong marketing ability; 4.Good communication skills with strong execution capacity and work under pressure; 5. English speaking with proficient written skills and good at dealings with foreigners; 6. Being active, persevering spiritual, integrity with strong sense of responsibility and team spirits.
