· Degree in a related field, such as technical communications, human-computer interaction, library science, or industrial design · 1-2 years of related work experience preferred · Strong skills in the following programs: Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint · Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator a plus · Excellent oral and written communication skills
