Job Responsibilities
Key accountabilities 1. Evaluating , selecting the best suppliers matching the organization’s standard & expectations. 2. Monitoring the performance of the vendors in line with the contractual obligations and matrices. 3. Managing interactions, reports, external & internal flow of communication between the organization and the vendors 4. Liasoning with the procurement partners for review, report and revise the contractual agreements 5. Supporting the sales, purchase and other departments for meeting the company objectives 6. Negotiation with the markets for the best prices & services 7. Market intelligence and knowledge -up to date market analysis, reporting on current trends and patterns
Job Requirements
Primary purposes of the role • The Vendor Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with those who supply Chinese products and services to the organization . • Ensuring that vendors meet or exceed their contractual obligations. • Manage the balance in vendor relationships to support the achievement of agreed commercial outcomes
