Since 8 years working as a Quality Manager, Responsible for the QM Team Assembling and Machining which includes 13 Inspector and Engineers Organizing and planning all relevant tasks according to the machine delivery plan in the machining and assembling area. Handle all team internal personal topics and arrange and promote team building. Arrange the final machine inspection before machine delivery and process audits during assembling process. Organize with relevant Department quality improvements in the assembling process related to findings and problems from inspection and audits. Implement and improve 5S in the workshop with assembling team together. Organize daily 5S Audits. Monitor the Quality performance from internal and external (Supplier and Customer) with KPI. Review and discussing KPI results in weekly board meetings. Supplier audits, discussing and follow up of quality improvements. Handling of Customer complaints, investigate root-cause and implementing of corrective action. Monitor the QM Department Equipment’s regular maintenance and calibration. Monitor the quality performance of machining department and discuss root cause analyze and improvements for NCR which were created during the inspection process. Organize and plan the regular ISO 9001 2015 and ISO 14000 Audits and changing in processes, standards and Implementing of WI with relevant department.
