Responsibilities: 1:- Providing a high level of professionalism and customer support & services. 2:- Effectively and courteously provide technical support and services to customers through phone interactions, email, and face-to-face. 3:- Take ownership of all laptops, docking station, desktops, printers, and corporate mobile phone problems and see them to resolution and Escalate incidents with accurate documentation 4:- Experience knowledge of Win 7, 8.1, 10, 11, and Office 365 applications. Knowledge of imaging PCs using SCCM environment and offline imaging. Knowledge of mobile devices managed using Intune MDM. 5:- Documentation & Maintain of company IT assets and inventory. 6:- Performing remote troubleshooting through technical diagnostic techniques, remote software, and pertinent questions.
