WMS Project： 1. Business demand research：Participate in warehouse business study, summarize and subject business demand to WMS supplier, communicate for WMS solution 2. Emulation Test: Lead warehouse teams to do WMS stimulation test, find out whether WMS solutions meet warehouse business demands, summarize problems found during tests& raised by warehouse, communicate with WMS supplier for solutions 3. Acceptance TEST: Participate in WMS function test in testbed, in charge of verifying whether each specific WMS logic complies to design, participate in WMS and Automation system Emulation Test,(including Conveyor，Miniload, Sorter, Pre-sort Buffer, VNA, MFS,AGV, ect),record and follow up identified problems during tests till problems resolved. 4. WMS Launch: In charge of WMS launch plan, preparation, on spot running follow-up, coordination, problems tracking. 5. Training: Train warehouse operators on spot, summarize problems, work out solutions, and follow up till problems resolved. 6. Functional Optimization: Raising functional solution request when there is a change in business demand or optimization needed. Follow up phase-2 project, in which more automation implemented. Warehouse management： 1. Planning：Making warehouse production plan according to order delivery date including warehouse throughput, labor plan, and shit plan; Making promotion activities production plan, such as 618, double 11 2. Daily management: In charge of warehouse production supervision, coordination of labor and automation flow; ensure orders’ delivery meet SLA; emergency handling. 3. Logistics management: Make logistics plan to meet stores’ sales demand, keep working on logistics optimization to ensure delivery efficiency as well as cost economization 4. Data analysis: Find out warehouse operation optimization possibility and cost control solution through data analysis.

Responsibilities: 1. Work report and data analysis: work report and analysis on personnel, efficiency, work progress, and inventory, looking for improvement 2. Organize daily conference, lead daily issues' solution and new business practice 3. Make production plan and progress supervision 4. Warehouse 5S training and monitoring 5. Translation of WMS function design specification, English to Chinese 6. Training of WMS functions to team members

Follow up oversea orders' import and export, by sea and by air 1. Follow up orders' delivery date, prepare for import or export documents 2. Check and give instructions for cargo packing and delivery standard to different countries 3. Work out transportation budget based on forwarder's quote 4. Contact freight forwarder for booking, picking up, and transportation 5. Follow up customs clearance and inspection 6. Gather evidence for compensation claim if damage occurred to goods
