Arrange daily stand up to track, measure and evaluate training programs to demonstrate value and educate others on plans and results. Weekly participation in the development of training courses with regard to product strategy of the company. Analyze the training to see how effective it is for use in subsequent trainings by asking person or in collective way. Design, prepare, produce and deliver training packages at an appropriate level in line with contracted employee requirements. Worked on multiple channels of social media to engage between talent and client. In responsibility to track the progress of each of the client including (Scheduling, Monitoring). Responsibility in recruiting new talent, and managed to get 20+ in less than 2 months. Managed team which included 20+ talent. Participate in getting information related to talent to be used as material for social media content. Worked closely with the Content Manager of marketing to increase following on Instagram from 15,000 followers to 25,000, and YouTube channel from 1,000 subscriber to 2,000 subscriber with highest 45,000 of views. Also, worked closely with the financial team to manage and distribute the revenue of each company's talent for every week Leveraging data to understand what works, and what doesn't, on client engagement in filling out feedback forms after using our service. Regularly engaged with the community on social media to increase awareness of new trends and items, and answered any inbound questions via direct messages.
