I mainly work with primary school classes where I teach lessons and undertake activities which I plan beforehand. However, I also substitute for sick or absent primary teachers in schools around my district where I have to organize and supervise classes if there is a need. I work with children whose ages range from 4 to 12 years old. I often have to prepare and plan lessons for a whole school day with different subjects like Math, French, Geography etc.

My position required me to promote our non-profit organisation which focused on spreading awareness about sustainability in Groningen, The Netherlands. I decided to volunteer for the organisation during my final year of undergraduate studies in order to raise attention towards a present issue that impacts us all. I was assigned to being responsible for the social media pages like Instagram and Facebook because I was interested in honing my skills in promotion and creation of content interesting for our audience. I grew the organisations following and public views by consistently posting new and interesting content on a daily basis.
