Responsible for designing and developing English and Business related curriculums for the Center for International Program (CIP) students who are from more than 70 different ethnicities and countries; Conducts training and workshops on Cross-Cultural Communication, Negotiation, Presentation Skills; Organizes and coaches public speaking and debate activities for students; Currently teaches and designs the curriculum for Road to College Success, Academic Writing, Cross-Cultural Communication and Integrated Marketing Communication; Provides direct support and consultations on college admissions; Active Core-member of Curriculum Committee, Probation Committee, and Thesis Committee.

Leads the direction and management of the program for children and adults for their successful learning of English language; Designs an updated curriculum for advanced learners and adult learners; Coordinates directly with the admission, marketing, and lead directors and parents for the successful implementation of the courses in accordance to the set mission and vision; Performs remote, online administration and on-site management. Provides consulting services to other programs pertaining to curriculum, teacher management, and training, and the overall direction of the training center.
