Summary of my main role: * Plan, direct and coordinate the manufacturing operation to meet customer requirement. * Ensuring and improving the quality, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the operation. * Maintains a professional working relationship with customer and support staff. * Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. * Coordinate with customer for Lean activity workshops for VSM / Pull System / OEE / Kaizen / 5S. * Lead the cost functional team for cost reduction activities. * Focus on office & production automation with applying OA / BPM / ERP / APS / robotic equipment /AGV to optimize the manpower & improve the efficiency. * Supervising material ordering and production planning. * Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as need. * Conducts complaints investigations and provides technical support. * Monitor product standards/performance and implement continuing quality improvement. * Develops and implements procedures/policy. * Supervise staff, monitor and evaluate performance. * Coordinate engineering test builds.
