I am a telecommunications engineer graduated from Nankai University, with 9 years of work experience in sales support working with Chinese companies. I came to China first in 2008 to study Chinese language and to pursue a bachelor’s degree, and after university graduation stayed to work and develop in the country. During my work years I have a gained a deep understanding of the importance of customer service as a tool for developing sales channels and projects, helping companies reach their sales goals and organizational goals. One of my main interests is related to new technologies, especially with the recent developments of Artificial Intelligence. Due to this, I have pursued further education with a master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering with focus on robotics, control and computer vision.
• In charged of Sales of LED and PV solutions for South America, including Colombia, Brazil, Argentina and Chile. • Sales cycle support: end to end sales support, develop new clients independently through different platforms, collect market feedback and requirements, guide clients through the project spec-in and purchase phase. • Market research, gathering information from the market: competitors’ technical information and pricing. Representative projects follow-up, client’s feedback, new market trends. • Knowledge management: In charge of trainings programs for the Americas team and clients, including on-boarding, sales training. Documentation translation and localization. Preparing solution white papers and other sales tools. • Private and Public biddings accompaniment for systems integrators in selected projects.
• In charge of general technical support, presales, and post-sales, for assigned area(Central America and Andes region). • Coordinate local(LATAM) and HQ(Hangzhou) technical support resources to provide a comprehensive support to clients and assure a quality delivery of products and solutions. • Project implementation and delivery according to PMP standards.
