Job Responsibilities

1. Handle the daily after-sales service of Lazada and Shopee stores, including: product return and exchange processing, complaint handling and damage reissue, etc.; 2. Tracking of order delivery and handling of difficult parts; 3. Responsible for solving the customer's evaluation of the company and other after-sales problems, and maintaining a good cooperative relationship with customers; 4. Responsible for registering and sorting out return and exchange requests; 5. Responsible for handling other after-sales related processing problems.

Job Requirements

1. Fluent in Chinese and Thai; 2. Skilled use of office software, especially Excel 3. Have 1 year working experience.
