With fast-paced growth, we are now looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (CXS) to join our expanding Customer Experience department! As a CXS, you will be the face of GOAT Games, and quite literally our brand ambassador. HOW TO BE OUR MVP • Put yourself in game players’ shoes. Handle inquiries to ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly in an empathetic and friendly manner. • Stay focused. Respond quickly and promptly with good grammar, punctuation and attention to detail. • Be proactive. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements. • Take ownership in our products. Bug test new development builds and provide feedback from the customer experience point of view. • Be nimble and flexible. We work 24/7 as a team! This position is required to work on some holidays and weekends. But we can offer to WORK FROM HOME! RESPONSIBILITIES • Interact with customers through various channels (Tickets, Community, Social, Email, Etc.) • Find, investigate, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner with the highest possible quality standards • Successfully maintain acceptable qualitative and quantitative KPI Scores • Identify trends and report potentially problematic leanings to technical and management teams • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS • High School diploma required. College degree, or progress toward a college degree preferred • Open to new graduates, but 1-3 years’ relevant work experience is preferred • Native English, proficient in Russian or French is a plus • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers • Ability to type quickly and write with good grammar and punctuation in English • Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure • Ability to interpret incomplete or cryptical messages that might be written by English as a second language customers • Employee must be qualified for signing a contract under the law of the People’s Republic of China
