Job Responsibilities

Generate new sales leads through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods Ensure timely response to all incoming communications including chat, calls, and emails Fully utilize your work within the company's system, processes and workflows (CRM, HubSpot, SAP, SharePoint) Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers (C-Type) Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that meet or exceed their expectations Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics (calls, response time, opportunity funnel, conversions) Manage a sales pipeline and keep accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.

Job Requirements

At Least a Diploma or above with marketing or other related experience. At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, preferably in industrial products or automation industries, with/ without experience in B2B business. Fluent in English and Mandarin both written & verbal are strongly encouraged to apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline Grow existing C-Type customers and develop new customers Develop new A/B-Type of customer for the field sales team Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong time management and organizational skills Comfortable with learning product knowledge Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment With or without Sales experience are encouraged to apply
