Job Responsibilities
Develop, interview, and expand potential customers; assist in formulating and implementing strategies to attract potential franchisees; maintain a strong and qualified pool of potential franchisee resources. Customer evaluation and screening: Evaluate and select franchisees; assist in optimizing the franchisee qualification evaluation system and promote its localized implementation. Franchise sales process management: Manage the entire franchise sales process from initial consultation to contract signing. Cooperate with the real estate and operation teams to identify high-potential markets for expansion; use market research and demographic data to assist in formulating regional development strategies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above; with more than 2 years of experience in investment promotion and franchise for FMCG brands, real estate investment promotion, sales BD, etc. Strong communication skills, good logical thinking ability, and data analysis ability.
