Job Responsibilities
1. Docking/dealing with overseas customer problems in the area under its jurisdiction, and solving customer problems with efficient/high-quality services; 2. Assist customers to complete product installation and delivery on overseas business trips, and train customers in the process of grid-connected commissioning; 3. Repair the faulty equipment replaced on site to reduce the cost of overseas spare parts.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above (with experience in the large storage industry≥ 5 years can be relaxed), major in electrical engineering; 2. 2 years of experience in the large savings industry≥ or 5 years of ≥ experience in household savings; 3. Practical experience in overseas after-sales service; 4. Experience in the delivery of overseas large reserves is preferred, or experience in the delivery of overseas industrial and commercial savings projects; 5. Experience in dealing with after-sales service docking of overseas major customers; 6. CET level 4, fluent in oral English.
