Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Order Management: Responsible for responding to customer order requests, maintaining close communication with clients, coordinating internal and external resources to fulfill orders, promptly addressing any issues that arise during the process, and ensuring orders are completed on time and to the desired quality standards. 2. Client Relationship Maintenance: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, continually optimizing service processes, effectively resolving client concerns, and enhancing both the client experience and loyalty. 3. Interdepartmental Collaboration & Data Management: Work closely with the operations team and the finance department to ensure the accuracy of financial and business data related to orders, assisting in cost accounting, account receivables management, and other tasks. Regularly generate business reports to provide decision-making support for upper management.

Job Requirements

1. Fluent English & Chinese Communication: Fluent English & Chinese skills for seamless communication with external customers and suppliers & internal colleagues. 2. Education & Professional Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Marketing. 3. Team Leadership & Customer Engagement: Proven experience leading a team and excelling in client communication; adept at managing projects and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders. 4. Logical Thinking & Financial Acumen: Clear logical thinking, familiarity with basic financial concepts, and a keen sensitivity to data coupled with a fast learning ability. 5. Proactivity, Responsibility, & Resilience: Demonstrated initiative, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively under moderate levels of intensity and pressure. 6. Willingness to Travel: Openness to and ability to meet the demands of a position requiring occasional travel.
